today’s big news
Maharashtra Board Exam 2023 Rules
First of all, strictness will be done regarding the entry in the exam center. Maharashtra Board Chairman has clearly said that this year late entry will be completely banned. Entry into the center will be allowed only 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. If you are late even for 1 minute, you will not get entry. So keep in mind- if the exam is from 11 am, then entry will not be available after 10.30 am. For papers starting from 3 PM, the last entry time will be at 2.30 PM.
The chairman says that this is being done to prevent copying and paper leaks. Because question papers are given 10 minutes in advance, so that children can get time to read them. Last year, a student who reached late at the center was caught with the photo of the question paper of that day, which was in his phone.
Apart from this, like last year, this time no extra time will be given to write the answers. Nor will students be allowed to take the exam in their own school.
Examiners are also being sent from outside this year for the Maharashtra Board practical exams starting in the first week of February. Apart from this, all the new examination centers will be monitored by CCTV.
The board chairman has told that full details of the preparations will be given soon. This year suggestions were sought from the people as to how to conduct a cheating free exam. Many suggestions came, some of which we are adopting.
