Mumbai : Today is the birthday of Sushant Singh Rajput. Even though today he is not among us, but even today he is remembered by the heart of the people. At the same time, the complaint of the case of the late actor has been filed by Advocate Ashish Rai (Mumbai High Court) before the National Human Rights Commission.
A complaint under medical negligence has been registered by the National Human Rights Commission vide diary number 1275/IN/2022. The complaint states that at the time of post-mortem of Sushant Singh Rajput, the panel of doctors from Cooper Hospital and Mumbai Police did not follow the guidelines of the National Human Rights Commission. Several defects were found during the post-mortem. As a result of which there has been human rights abuses, as well as the highest investigative agencies of the country have also faced a lot of difficulties during the investigation.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging from a fan in his house in Bandra, Mumbai in the afternoon of 14 June 2020. According to the police, he died of suicide by hanging himself from a fan. At the same time, according to the post-mortem report, he died of ‘suffocation’.
