South cinema’s popular actor Siddharth is in the news these days for his upcoming film Chikku. The trailer of his film has been released just a few days ago, after which his fans are waiting for the release of this film. On Thursday, he held a press conference in Bengaluru regarding this film. However, this conference was stopped midway and then the actor had to leave from there.
According to ANI, where this press conference was being held, members of Karnataka Rakshana Vedike Swabhimani Sena came and stopped the press conference and asked everyone to leave from there. The members said that Tamil Nadu is demanding Cauvery water from Karnataka, hence this is not the right time for a press conference. After which Siddharth went out of the hall.
Let us tell you, his press conference was stopped due to the Cauvery dispute between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Actually, this matter regarding the water of Kaveri river between the two states is once again heated. Recently, Section 144 was also implemented in Bengaluru and schools and colleges were closed. Karnataka bandh is also announced on 29th September. Meanwhile, this press conference of Siddharth was organized, which was stopped midway.
