That’s why today we have brought you an easy recipe to make amchuri bitter gourd at home. By this recipe, the bitterness of your bitter gourd will be removed, as well as these taste will also be very spicy, so let’s know the recipe of making amchuri bitter gourd-
Ingredients for making Amchuri Bitter gourd-
-Bitter gourd 1/2 kg
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
-Rai 1/2 tsp
-Saunf 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
– red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
-amchur powder 2 tbsp
– salt to taste
– water as needed
– oil as needed
Recipe to make Amchuri Bitter gourd-
To make this, peel the bitter gourd lightly and cut it into small pieces.
After this, take a bowl and put pieces of bitter gourd in it.
Then you add 1 tablespoon of salt and three cups of water to it and keep it soaked for half an hour.
This will reduce the bitterness of bitter gourd.
After this, squeeze the bitter gourd out of the water and keep it in a separate vessel.
Then put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat.
After this, add fennel and mustard seeds to it and temper it.
Then add onion to it and fry it well.
After this, you make a paste of turmeric, red chili powder and coriander powder and add it.
Then you add bitter gourd and salt to it and cook covered for about 10-15 minutes.
After this, add amchur powder to it and mix it well.
Then you cook it for about 4-5 minutes and turn off the gas.
Now your amchuri bitter gourd is ready.
Then you serve them with poori or paratha.
