Ingredients for making Jackfruit Korma-
-350 grams jackfruit cut into pieces
-10 grams almonds
-3 cashew nuts
-2 onions finely chopped and fried
-2 tsp curd
– salt to taste
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp cumin powder
-1/2 tsp coriander powder
-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-2 cardamom
-2 bay leaves
-2 tsp oil/ghee
-1/2 tsp rose water
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-1 piece cinnamon
Recipe to make Jackfruit Korma-
To make this, first you take soaked cashew nuts and almonds.
After this, you put them in curd and make a paste of it.
Then you heat ghee in a cooker and add all the whole spices and fry it for a while.
After this, add jackfruit, ginger-garlic paste and all other spices to it.
Then you mix all these well and cook for about 5 minutes.
After this you add onion and curd and almond paste to it.
Then after adding a cup of water to it, apply 2 whistles.
After this you open its lid and pour rose water.
Then you cook it for some more time and turn off the gas.
After this, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
