In such a situation, today we have brought for you the recipe of making jaggery kheer. It is very tasty and healthy. Jaggery is a natural sweetener whose effect is hot. Its consumption strengthens your immunity. Apart from this, you are saved from the consumption of refined sugar, it does not harm your health, so let’s know the recipe of making jaggery kheer-
Ingredients for making Jaggery Kheer-
-1 cup rice
-2 liters of milk
-125 grams jaggery
-4 green cardamom
1 cup dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios)
– 1 tbsp Chironji (Charoli)
-1 pinch saffron leaves
1 tsp ghee
Recipe for making jaggery kheer-
To make this, first of all, wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
Then you take a big deep-bottomed vessel and put a spoonful of ghee in it and heat it on medium flame.
After this, add cardamom, milk and half a cup of water to it and heat it.
Then when the milk starts boiling, then add soaked rice in it.
After this, you cook it on medium heat while stirring it for about 20 minutes.
Then you add chopped almonds, cashew and chironji to it and cook for about 10 minutes.
After this, crush the jaggery well and add it to the kheer and mix it well.
Then you cook it on high flame for about 2-3 minutes and turn off the gas.
Now your Tasty Jaggery Kheer is ready.
Then serve it garnished with pistachios.
