Shabbir Ahmed, Bhopal. Relief news has come out for the students of Madhya Pradesh. Students of class 10th and 12th will have to give pre-board examination from home itself. The school education department has also released the time table for class 10th and 12th pre board examination for the academic session 2021-22.
When will the exam be held?
Class 10th pre-board examinations will be conducted from 20 January to 28 January 2022 and class 12th pre-board examination from 20 January to 31 January 2022 as ‘Take Home Examination’. According to Director Public Works KK Dwivedi, detailed guidelines have been issued to all the Divisional Joint Directors, District Education Officers and principals of schools regarding the conduct of pre-board examination.
According to the information, following the COVID guidelines, question papers and answer sheets will be made available to all the students a day before. 2 to 3 question papers can be made available simultaneously so that the students do not have to be called again and again. On the day of receipt of the next question paper, the answer sheets of the previously provided question papers will be submitted.
Class 10th students will have to submit their answer sheets to the school by January 28 and class 12th students by February 1, 2022. After evaluating the answer sheets, the teachers of all the subjects will inform by February 5, 2022 to rectify the mistakes made by the students.
Parents of children can also take question paper
After the evaluation of the examination, instructions have been issued to call the students according to the class at different times to give question papers and answer sheets. Question papers can also be given to the parents of the children under any circumstances. Question papers and answer sheets will be given to the hostel students by the principal of the school near them.
