In such a situation, today we have brought a very easy recipe for Mutton Seekh Kebab at home. You can prepare this dish on any special occasion and serve it to the guests. This is a great starter dish. It is usually eaten with great taste with roomali roti, coriander and mint chutney, so let’s know the recipe of making Mutton Seekh Kebab-
Ingredients for making Mutton Seekh Kebab-
-mutton mince 2 cups
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
-Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
-Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 tbsp
– Black pepper powder 1/4 tbsp
-Garam masala 1/4 tbsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chili 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
– oil for brushing
-Chaat masala
– lemon slices
Method to make Mutton Seekh Kebab-
To make this, take out the meat in a large bowl and add vinegar and fenugreek leaves.
Then you add ginger and garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder as per taste.
After this, you also add green coriander and green chilies to it.
Then you store this mixture in the fridge for 5 hours.
After this, you put it in the seek about 25 minutes before serving.
Then you bake it in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
After this, apply a little oil on them and cook for 2 more minutes.
Then you take out the mutton kebab comfortably from the skewer and keep it in the serving dish.
After this, garnish it with chaat masala, onion and lemon pieces and serve it with green chutney.
