Ingredients for making Paneer Bhurji Sandwich-
-Cheese crumbled 1 cup
Onion 1/4 cup finely chopped
-Tomatoes 1/4 cup finely chopped
Cumin – half tsp
Green chili 1 tsp finely chopped
-Ginger 1 tsp
Green coriander 1 tbsp chopped
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Cumin powder one-fourth tsp
-Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
– oil 2 tsp
– salt to taste
Recipe to make Paneer Bhurji Sandwich-
To make them, first of all, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then add cumin seeds to it and crackle it. After this, add onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and turmeric to it.
Then fry the onion till it becomes light brown.
After this, add cumin powder, garam masala and red chili powder to it.
Then you fry these spices well for a few seconds.
After this, add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.
Then add crumbled paneer and salt and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
After this, you finally turn off the gas by garnishing it with lemon juice and green coriander.
Now your Paneer Bhurji is ready.
Then you take bread slices to make its sandwich.
After this, spread the mixture of paneer bhurji well on the bread slices.
Then you put some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
After this, cover it with another piece of bread on top.
Then take a griddle and heat it on medium flame.
After this, put some butter on the pan and place the bread on top of it.
Then you roast these sandwiches till golden brown from both the sides.
