Peanuts are hot, which helps in protecting your body from cold, so let’s know the recipe of making peanut meat-
Ingredients for making Peanut Meat-
-1 kg mutton
-1 cup almonds
-500 grams onion chopped
-2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– salt to taste
– 1 tsp garam masala
-1 tsp red chili powder
-1/2 tsp cardamom powder
-1/2 tsp coriander powder
-1/2 inch cinnamon
-1/2 tsp coriander leaves
-1/2 cup oil
-5 black pepper
-1/2 tsp cumin
-2 bay leaves
-2 tsp mutton masala
-4 red whole chilies
Recipe for making peanut meat-
To make this, first of all, heat oil in a cooker.
Then you add cumin, bay leaf and chili to it and after a while add the onion.
After this, after a while you add mutton and cook it for about 2 minutes.
Then you add garam masala, mutton masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper and salt and mix well.
After that you cook it well for about 30 minutes.
Then you add almond paste to it and mix it well and cook for a while.
After this, when it is cooked, then you turn off the gas.
Then garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
