New Delhi: Usually in winter you have a craving to eat something sweet. In such a situation, if you get hot Gulab Jamun, then it is fun. That’s why today we have brought for you a simple recipe to make delicious and delicious semolina gulab jamun. You can eat and feed them immediately with the help of milk and semolina only. This is a great sweet dish to celebrate any special occasion. By eating these hot gulab jamuns in winter, you will be immersed in their taste, so let’s know the recipe of making semolina rasgulla-

Ingredients for making Sooji Rasgulla-

-Ghee 1 tsp

Semolina 1 cup

-milk 1 1/2 cups

– water 1 cup

-sugar 1 cup

Recipe for making semolina rasgulla-

To make them, first put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

Then add fine semolina to it and fry it while stirring for about 2-3 minutes.

After this, you cook by adding a cup and half a teaspoon of sugar to it.

Then when the milk is cooked well, then you add half a cup more milk to it. Then you cook it while stirring it well.

After this, you cook it till the milk dries up and becomes a fine dough of semolina.

Then you take it off the flame and let it be well.

After this, take out this flour or mixture in a plate and knead it well.

Then you put a little ghee on your palms and knead the mixture for about 8-10 minutes.

After this, you again apply ghee on your palms and make small balls of this soft dough.

Keep in mind that if these balls are getting cracked, then knead the dough again.

Then you make at least 16-18 balls of this whole dough.

After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it on low flame.

Then add these balls one by one and fry them for 7-8 minutes.

After this, when they become golden brown, take them out and keep them.

Then you make syrup by adding one cup of water and one cup of sugar in another vessel.

After this, when the sugar dissolves well, then turn off the gas.

Then you put these ripe gulab jamuns in sugar syrup and bring it to a boil.

After this, you turn off the gas and let the gulab jamun remain immersed in the syrup for about 1-2 hours.

Then you serve semolina gulab jamun hot.
