RJD supremo and former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav
The troubles of former Bihar CM and RJD supremo Lalu Yadav may increase amid the Lok Sabha election campaign. Gwalior’s MP MLA Court in Madhya Pradesh has issued an arrest warrant in a nearly three decade old Arms Act case. This case is related to the supply of arms under Arms Form 16 in the years 1995 and 1997. On the basis of this form, arms are given by the government to the people who apply for arms.
While investigating this case, the police confirmed the name of Lalu Prasad Yadav. Now after doing research, the police has made former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav an accused. A total of 23 accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav are named in this case. Trial has started against many of them while two accused have also died. According to the information, this fraud was done from August 1995 to May 1997. During this period, cartridges were purchased from three firms.
In this case, the court had issued a notice for Lalu Yadav to appear in the court, but he did not appear. After this the court issued an arrest warrant against the former CM of Bihar. Police investigated this case and filed the charge sheet in July 1998. In 1998, this matter came to Gwalior MP-MLA court. This matter had gone cold in the last few years, but now the court has created a new problem for the RJD supremo by issuing an arrest warrant against the former CM.
